Cancellation and Refund Policy

Physical books and merchandise

Our physical products are printed on demand, which means each book is produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

You may cancel an order only before it enters production. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at waterliquorandwine@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been sent for printing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or defective items: Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at waterliquorandwine@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Digital products (e-books)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of e-books and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you experience a technical problem downloading or accessing your purchase, contact us at waterliquorandwine@gmail.com and we will make it right.

 
Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

Order processing. Because our books are printed on demand, orders are typically produced and processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

Physical books and merchandise. Our books and merchandise are printed and shipped on demand through our print partner via standard mail carriers. After processing, estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 7 to 21 business days for international orders. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Worldwide shipping. We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be noted on the Site.

Digital products. E-books and digital products are delivered electronically. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions, usually within a few minutes.

Tracking. When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
